Has 4 key principles-- caring, teams, learning, keeping your word. Company is Christian owned and a good environment. Plant has A/C in both parts and tooling areas. Has meetings with employees many times each year to keep us up to date on our performance and what the company plans are.
Cons
Managers have really high expectations and everyone get stretched. Very fast paced. Need more help on second and third shifts so spread the work more evenly.
