Great company - HR Assistant Omni Inventive Care Employee Review

Omni Inventive Care has been one of the most rewarding places I have worked. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee success. I appreciate the flexibility and autonomy to do my job while knowing I have excellent supervision and support when needed. The work environment is welcoming, fun, and collaborative, and there is a real sense that people care about one another. It's refreshing to work for an organization that values both its employees and the individuals and families it serves.

No major concerns. The nature of the work can be demanding, but the flexibility, support, and positive culture more than make up for it.

I would say when you go home but they expect you to work around the clock with out additional pay.

It's a company that makes money from the government so it's incentive is to make sure people in their care do not improve.
