Upper Management tolerates a hostile work environment. If you complain of things that are viewed as harassment or discrimination. Upper management will retaliate against you. There’s no physical Human Resources to talk to.
Not to mention during workplace shooting training I was subjected to an extremely inappropriate comment where during the video when they say not to jump out the dock doors, the manager commented “yeah we don’t want you breaking your legs while you’re getting shot at.”
I Was supposed to be apart of a second shift in this warehouse but that never materialized because the manager quit after a couple days.
