      Very nice people and good product. Benefits are paid for by the company.

      Cons

      Manager creates a very hostile work environment and blocks you from any chance of promotion. The worst! Run!

      Pros

      The management are real people who know how to lead. The office is very New Age and aesthetically pleasing. Help is always available. The company is growing rapidly due to the driven workforce.

      Cons

      There are no downsides at this time- I don't expect any in the future.
