If you care very little about culture, employee relations, and all things that foster a healthy workplace, then this job is great. If workplace happiness is a considering factor, then this place may not be for you. The environment is extremely toxic with a number of issues that can not be excused as "startup problems", but rather they are issues rooted in morality and humanity. You see frequent "Now hiring" posts due to turn over, not growth. IF the humanity issues and lack of respect aren't enough, you will often see false promises thrown out at any sight of low morale, little to no honest communication between members of the team, and a pay grade that is surprisingly not competitive for a company that prides itself in the large brands it works with.
