Everyone here is very nice and it feels like you're part of a family. They are professional and very organized. If you want to do well you will go far and you will enjoy working here.

They will keep you accountable. When you're given responsibility of something they will expect you to follow through.

- stable job if they like you - ok snacks - office is in pleasant neighborhood - nice women in the office

- glass ceiling (only family and family friends get top positions) - constantly feel undervalued - sensitive and emotional leaders (they yell all the time) - no cohesion on direction - only the nepotism hires get the better pay, everyone else get undercut - "maximizing investor returns" at all costs - only 9 paid holidays & 10 PTO days - park in a different structure and walk in (only managers & ea's get to park in the building)
