Just two months ago, I found myself made redundant, along with a host of committed colleagues. The primary issue lies with the short-sighted decision-making at the board level. A lack of vision and strategic thinking led to scenarios that could have been avoided with better leadership. This resulted in a severe impact on job security and overall company morale. Our team's heart and soul were poured into this company, yet our devotion was met with disregard due to the failings of upper management. The unsettling reality of this mismanagement has left many feeling discarded and undervalued. Despite our hopes and the immense potential of Omnipresent, I regret to say that I see a grim future for the company. The trust of its people has been squandered, and I fear the repercussions may be too severe to salvage the situation. To any considering employment here, I urge you to assess the company's current state and future trajectory carefully. And to the board of directors, remember that your decisions have far-reaching effects on your team. Treat them with the value they deserve and lead with foresight and empathy. Unfortunately, it seems to me that Omnipresent is on a precarious path that could lead to its downfall.
