      Everyone fighting hard together for charities nice managers who talk to you like a real person earn enough to give back to my family never thought i could become a leader but my team supports me a lot fun team activities

      have to travel far sometimes like Trengannu sometimes a lot of admin work to do as a leader

      Pros

      flexible with scheduling since we can choose which day we want to work, 2 days off, staff mostly helped you to continuously grow, meet a lot of people

      Cons

      Job ads are quite misleading; you will end up fundraising at the end of the day. very fast pace, and it is tiring to approach since we need to talk and pitch to the public for fundraising, every day you will work at a different location that takes more than 1++ hour to reach. high KPIs too
