Pros

- Heathrow is a god place to be, easy connections for west Londoner. - Chance to see other better companies and find one you will like working for, although an internet search will probably do you better. - Literally be brain dead to get hired

Cons

- Supervisors incompetent & rude - Chance of work defined by preferential treatment - Managers secretly adjusting pay - Have to count and prove your hours each month - Staff treatment bad - No discounts for canteen, considering every other company gives them - Colleagues are horrible, no respect across entire company - Work either starts to early or finishes too late - No pay walking between terminals!! even though it's part of the job - Superiors try to con you at every step, please beware

Pros

Good teams and atmosphere. You can meet good friends. If your a good brown noser you can move up even if your poor at your job.

Cons

Pay. For a company focussed on giving service to customer's it seems non existent. Issue lies from the top and filters to the bottom. Due to this issue morale of staff diminish at the lower end. Quality of equipment needs to improve and if higher management don't find the quality of their equipment embarrassing that's another reason why the issues starts from the top.
