Pros

easy to do overall, hours are good, no weekends. Possible overtime. It’s a easy job after you learn everything yourself. Don’t ask for too much help tho.

Where do I start. First management is the most unprofessional, rude, petty group of people I’ve ever met in my life. Your given 2 days of training if that. Management constantly threatens their employees by sending messages stating “YOU CAN BE REPLACED” and told to “suck it up” if your sick... if you make a mistake and forget to punch in or out you can guarantee they will deliberately wait until it’s too late to “teach you a lesson”. Whenever you reach out for help from management they always refer you to someone else to prevent from helping, but your told to contact them if you need help..? How?. Also, They don’t pay the inspectors when they are supposed to, Overall they don’t care at all about the employees that are busting their butt every day to run this place. Inbound reps are doing everyone’s job and get NO REWARD or even a positive comment every once in a while. Everything is always negative. And they wonder why we can’t keep people here for long.... I’ve given up on this place. Don’t see it lasting too long. The turn over rate is atrocious because the way they treat their employees.

As an independent contractor, I performed 3 jobs for this company. The first one was on a Saturday and I drove over an hour round trip. The app did not work properly for me so I called. Was told tech support wasn't there and she couldn't help me. They expected me to return another day. Was not paid for this job. Nobody from support ever contacted me. Ever. The second assignment went well. Once again though, the app did not work properly so I shot photos according to the assignment sheet. I forgot to upload one photo. They actually rated me - I had no clue. I got a 4 (out of 5) just because of the one missing photo.They couldn't just ask me for the photo. The third assignment. Once again, the app was not working. I drove almost an hour round trip. I took photos using my phone and planned on uploading them as I did the last assignment. Well this time, there was no link for me to click on to upload them! I emailed OnSource at least THREE times with a screenshot of what I was seeing and not one person has replied! Of course because their lack of support, I will not get paid for this assignment. When I state the app didn't work for me, we are instructed to hold our phone a certain way (with the home button to the right). When I did this, I received a message stating I wasn't holding my phone correct. I tried every single angle. Nothing. We can't even get past that first screen to take required photos. This company is junk.
