Training is absolutely abysmal! You are only left with one person to train you however half-ass they like, then they hand you HUGE HIGH TOUCH clients knowing that you are unprepared for such. Internal departments seem to clash with each other's statements and may often seem like none of us know what we're doing to the client. That's because most of the new employees are all trying to figure out everything on the fly mostly. We are told to ask questions, most of which go largely unanswered, much to the detriment of the client's program's success, and the client relationship as a whole. Then you get blamed for it as if it is all your fault. Makes you wonder if they even wanted you to succeed at all. Makes you wonder if you were just a temporary hire just to temporarily comply with DE&I requirements, only to fire you in 6 months, right when they promised you everything will "start to make sense". Any program/interface/platform that takes 6 months to learn should let you know that there is a SEVERE lack in training.
