Indeed, there are numerous benefits to working from home which is why we are, and always will be a remote company.
As with all employment relationships, the focus is on outcomes. We do not believe in micromanagement. We focus on autonomy and alignment. If you felt micromanaged, it is most likely due to a performance issue and your failure to establish trust with your manager. There are always two sides to the coin. We do not force anyone to write positive reviews.
