Pros
I've worked for a lot of different companies, and Cask LLC has better benefits than any of the others. The healthcare is good, the PTO is good, the Friday after Thanksgiving is off, and they close the week of Christmas. Best of all, they schedule training boot camps and pay for everything. I've never worked for a company that treats employees as an asset instead of a liability. Another good thing is that they use Software as a Service for HR, timekeeping, intranet, etc. They embrace the cloud, something that few other companies do.
Cons
Nothing major. They are a small company, so if you are used to large departments taking care of things, the idea that only two or three people do HR might throw you. On the other hand, you quickly get to know who does what, which can be a plus.
