TERRIBLE PAY. Single parents CANNOT live on this pay and be able to pay rent and have food in the house. You break your back for this company and get nothing in return. I have implemented huge charity events and giving back to the community as well and upper management doesn’t bat an eye not even a pat on the back. You cannot afford health insurance either if you would like to be able to pay your bills (which the pay here barely covers). No personal life because you can’t afford it. Forget trying to do anything fun for your child. You can’t afford it. Break your back, work your tail off and get absolutely nothing in return. Clover management stands for employee abuse. (Especially property and maintenance technicians). You WILL have to work two jobs in order to survive. My advice is if you don’t have a job or are looking to change your job, wait for a company that actually treats you with respect and pays accordingly. I have never worked for a Company in my entire career that pays so terribly and yet expects so much out of you.
