Pros

The culture of the company is what makes it stand out - the work environment is highly collaborative where everyone's ideas are respected and valued. The onboarding experience is thorough yet allows incoming employees to get their hands on projects quickly. The client accounts are diverse and impressive, indicating the wide range of talent and growth on the company's behalf. Fast-paced work environment. The boss makes it a priority to carve out one-on-one time with employees to collaboratively brainstorm creatives and ensure everything runs smoothly/the client's needs & brand remain the central priority.

Cons

- Smaller company size (but this stimulates the close/collaborative work environment) - Some quick deadline turnarounds

Pros

A small shop like One Eighteen isn't for everyone, but if you are a hard-working, independent go-getter, you will have success here. You will get out of it what you put into it. With a small team like this, you have the ability to work directly with smart and talented peers and with experts in the field with decades of experience and knowledge and can learn a lot, quickly. If you like corporate environments with a bureautic structure, you won't like One Eighteen. This agency is deliberately lean and attracts a certain type of team member who isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats to get the job done. Each person makes up a bit of the culture and although the team ebbs and flows in size, when the right people click, we know how to have a great time in the office "Beach House".

Cons

Unfortunately there is a fair amount of turnover, like there is in all agencies, but with a smaller team that can be a lot tougher on those who stay.
