Pros

Paid medical insurance. Paid time off. Free lunch.

Cons

There is no human resources person or department. Reports of racism, xenophobia, and homophobia have been brought to leadership multiple times, yet no corrective action has been taken, allowing a toxic and hostile environment to become the norm. This behavior permeates all levels, including the executive team and board of directors. Everyone is aware of the situation and knows that nothing will be done to address it. Every single member of leadership has witnessed these issues but refuses to stand up to the CEO. The situation is so pervasive that one of the most offensive employees is “jokingly” referred to as “human resources.” The mismanagement of funds cannot be overstated. The absence of a long-term plan or strategy leaves most projects in a perpetual state of chaos. These “fire drill” projects consistently cost far more than they should and frequently result in work that is never utilized.

Pros

Culture. People. Pay. Benefits. The management truly does care about the employees. Safety always comes first

Cons

Extremely fast pace. Their ability to move as quickly as they can is a pro however, this does some at some costs.

Pros

There were no pros to working here.

Cons

This company is run by a master manipulator who ran the entire company into the ground, and ruined people’s lives in the process. The CEO believed he was an expert in every single field and department, he always knew better than everyone, everyone was always wrong and he was the only one that was right. Look where that got him! If this company were to ever open back up (I doubt it) don’t fall for their scam. Failure to listen to people who were experts in their fields and had degrees. Preached and pushed heavily for candid culture but didn’t accept candid feedback himself.
