Pros

No pros. I was hired as a customer service manager and my boss never made any attempt to work or speak to me, even with me making repeated efforts.

Cons

My supervisor made no attempts to work with me. I asked her daily my job responsibilities and she repeatedly told me she didn’t want to inundate me when I hadn’t been shown how to do 1 thing. If I could give less than 0 stars for diversity, I would.

Pros

One Inc provides all the necessary tools to be successful. It is a sales-centric company which is great!

Cons

Some processes are slow (pricing, SOWs, contracts) but I think we are hiring and getting better.
