Pros
Based on what I've experienced so far, there hasn't been anything about this company that I would consider a pro. Save yourself the headaches, and look for better opportunities, because this company is honestly just a complete waste of time.
Cons
I wouldn't recommend working here to ANYONE due to how horrible the work environment is here! Most of the managers are incredibly hostile and often harass employees and bully them into meeting unreasonable demands! The leadership is filled with selfish, greedy, out-of-touch tyrants who keep setting impossible expectations without any regard for employee well-being. The salaries employees are paid are insulting low, considering the amount of work they have to do. Workloads are brutal, hours are long, and breaks are short and infrequent; you basically won't have any time or energy to do anything outside of work. Opportunities to advance aren't given out to employees unless you have connections. Unless you want to suffer, be exploited, and abused, I would recommend working anywhere else!
