Pros

They give you only one pack of biscuit per day ,even then its end after 15 days and then no biscuits till mext month

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The work environment is highly political, with favoritism and internal conflicts making it difficult to focus on your job. There's absolutely no job security — employees are frequently terminated without any prior notice or proper explanation. In my case, I worked a full day at the office, at night after office timing at around 10:00 pm i got email informing me of my termination due to "financial issues." Shockingly, the very next day, the company hired a new employee. This shows a complete lack of transparency and ethics. There are serious administrative and organizational issues. Processes are unclear, communication is poor, and management decisions often seem arbitrary and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and respectful workplace.

Pros

• Only two people deserve appreciation: Abdul Wahab and Zain Ahmad Zakir. They are true mentors who genuinely help others learn and grow.

Cons

I worked at One Machine Software House for around 20 months, and during this time, I saw 22 employees being terminated. Here’s my honest experience. From day one, things didn’t feel transparent. On the day of joining, they ask every new hire to sign an agreement — but they never mention it before joining. The contract states that 25% of your salary will be deducted for the first four months, and if you resign within six months, you won’t get that amount back. Also, your salary is paid after the 15th of every month. In my case, I joined as a PHP Developer, but after three months, I was told there was no PHP work left. They said either I should leave the company or switch to Java, and they would provide training and certification (this was communicated by Madam Riffat, the CM). Unfortunately, that was one of the worst decisions of my career. They made me sign a 36-month contract, deducting Rs. 42,500 per month for six months — a total of Rs. 255,000 — supposedly for training and certification, which I never received. During my time there, I personally witnessed 22 people being terminated. Those who resigned voluntarily are a separate case. The management is extremely unprofessional — they terminate employees overnight, sending an email late at night saying “Tomorrow will be your last working day.” I’ve never seen behaviour like this in any company. ❌ Cons • Works on very outdated technology, which can seriously damage your career. • Micromanagement — even the CTO holds meetings with trainees. • Toxic politics and zero trust. • No empowerment — for every small decision, they say “We’ll ask management.” • Excuses for no salary increments, usually blaming clients. • Unprofessional behavior and rude language during meetings. • Employees are forced to switch technologies (e.g., Java to React or Angular), and when they fail to perform, they’re terminated. • After leaving, you’ll feel lost about your actual skills and direction. ⚠️ Final Advice Please think twice before joining this company. It may look good from the outside, but inside, it’s full of politics, pressure, and false promises. They can easily ruin your confidence and career growth.
