The office is located in an area which is easy to reach by public transport and it’s close to all the European institutions.

Personally, I think the working culture needs improvement. For example, when I asked questions I would often be answered with other questions (such as “what do you think?”). This personally made me reluctant to ask questions when I had doubts.
