Close to the train station, lots of great people who work at OneSelect

MD treats employees poorly: very much a “us and them” culture. Ambiguous / non existent policies leaves it difficult to know where you stand. MD doesn’t place any emphasis on regulation, compliance or customer service. Customer service team is constantly understaffed, call waiting times are regularly over 20mins and there are shoddy processes so customers aren’t happy! For anyone looking to join, the company is in big financial trouble (google it)... I would stay away! Regularly overpromise career progression to new starters: it just doesn’t happen!
