- no career progression as all staff are hired as casual workers unless you're part of the management team working in the office - management doesn't know how treat employees with respect - exploit international working students/working visas, slightly racist to *** by paying them a lower wage than other ethnicity groups - CEO is blinded by profit and sales margin - CEO lack of knowledge on how to successfully run the business - terrible infrastructure - will attempt to cut your hours to 'punish' you for any 'wrongdoings' on your end without trying to understand the situation - no work life balance (will roster you up to 60hrs a week with back to back shifts)
