I feel so lucky to be part of the OTC team, I’ve never seen a group of people have so much respect and appreciation for one another. Upper management is always open to listening to any input, which is so refreshing. This company treats me so well it really makes me want to put everything I have into my work. I can’t believe how fortunate I am that on Sunday night I look forward to coming in on Monday morning, I wish I could go back to a year ago and tell myself to be patient because my dream job is just around the corner!

Not so much a con necessarily, but the day often flies by so insanely fast, time management is key!

Gave me experience to work hard for my money

Terrible company I worked for them for like almost a year I was very fast and hard working at my job I made lashes by hand and hit the highest numbers yet new management fired me I asked why he said performance really after a year of working it was my performance $12/ hour I had a college degree oh please no tips just straight hourly pay like you’re working in china for 12 hours making magnetic lashes by hand with a 15 min lunch break. No medical benefits. No care for workers. Thanks for the money in my pocket that didn’t go so far.
