I am sorry to hear about your experience, as a young emerging company, we are not perfect, but we continually strive to improve our culture, and strive to provide our employees with good employment experience. Regarding your comment about the SDC workload issue, I am sure this is no longer an issue for our current employees as we continue to monitor closely regarding employee's working hours. Even though our company's regular working hours are far below legal requirements requested by ESA, I'd like you to know that we have successfully established various in lieu benefits to compensate employees who worked beyond their regular hours (9 am to 5 pm).
