Pros
-the friends I made there. -I now know the red flags of a company to look for in the future. -sometimes they hand out warm truly's.
Cons
*even if you have no other options, look elsewhere. they hire pretty much everyone, and most people don't last more than 1-2 months. this place is revolving door. the money and your time is NOT worth it* -the job postings are so misleading, they have to lie SO much just to get people in the door. this is also why they target fresh grads/people in the service industry who have never worked in an office before. -sales people are severely micromanaged to the point where they can't go to the bathroom if they've used up their 30 min of personal time for the day. the job itself is also just very unethical, draining, and demoralizing. -poor/condescending management. was treated pretty terribly by all of the sales managers/upper management. -women are not protected, I had several instances of harassment with men in the office. this caused me severe anxiety and I felt very unsafe at times. -there are no professional boundaries. -my mental health was terrible when I worked here, it is a very toxic/unhealthy work environment as everyone there is miserable. -if you are not a top salesman, they do not care about you, appreciate, or value you as an employee. -very little PTO/sick time. -unsanitary kitchens/bathrooms. -I felt like a shell of a person during my time there and I am so glad I decided to quit and pursue my dreams/ a meaningful career at a much better company.
