Really friendly people at the sharp end. Good social scene and fun events like parties, volunteering, free football tickets and charity stuff. Casual dress and good location.

Poor leadership - CEO is an egomaniac, unpleasant and only cares about his bonus. They haven’t run the business well and don’t care about their people. Old process and too many systems, needs IT investment if it’s going to compete.

Cons
Nepotism, management roles are given to siblings and spouses of other senior colleagues. Bonuses got slashed for a meagre increase in salary (low baseline in comparison to other companies in Brighton). Decline in company values and doing what is right for the consumer. Very little opportunity to progress.
