Pros

OnePageCRM is a great place to work. The positive atmosphere and culture that is fostered among the small-yet-diverse team is integral to how the company operates. Everybody's role here is seen, heard and valued when it comes to driving the growth and success of the business. Communication, knowledge and skill-sharing between the different departments is found throughout the day to day and there's a lot of collaboration. As it's a smaller team in a very friendly office, they ensure to hire the right people who are both highly skilled at their job but also the right culture fit. There's some nice little perks in relation to work-life balance too, which is valued and respected overall. There is room for long term growth here as an employee, but due to the nature of the smaller team it will likely mean branching out of your role, upskilling and taking ownership of where you can go with it. The traditional ladder-climbing isn't really as prominent here as with bigger companies.

Cons

- As a small company thriving in a highly competitive market/industry, OnePageCRM is a fast paced work environment that requires adapability, and has quite a steep learning curve of the product when starting here intially. This might not be for everyone. - Additional benefits packages (health insurance, pensions etc.) might not be satisfactory depending on your needs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that the team culture and collaborative environment have been a positive part of your experience at OnePageCRM. We place a lot of importance on hiring people who are both highly skilled and a great cultural fit, so it’s great to hear that this contributes to a supportive and friendly atmosphere. It’s also encouraging to see the cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing reflected in your day-to-day work. We appreciate your perspective on growth as well. In a smaller team, development often comes through expanding responsibilities and building new skills rather than following a traditional ladder. Thank you also for highlighting the learning curve and benefits. Feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience for our team and it is very much appreciated.

Pros

OnePageCRM is a small company where engineers can have a surprisingly large impact. If you like ownership and autonomy, this is a great place to work. You’re trusted to identify problems, propose solutions, and ship improvements without heavy bureaucracy or endless approval chains. The engineering culture values practical results over process theatre. Performance improvements, reliability work, and internal tooling are taken seriously, and good ideas can quickly turn into production changes. It’s very satisfying to see measurable impact from your work rather than feeling like a small cog in a large machine. The team is supportive and approachable across departments. Communication is direct and low-ego, and collaboration with product, support, and marketing feels natural rather than siloed. There’s a strong sense that everyone cares about building a sustainable product rather than chasing hype. Work-life balance is genuinely respected. Expectations are reasonable, and there isn’t a culture of firefighting or constant urgency.

Cons

Because the company is relatively small, resources are limited compared to larger tech companies. Engineers often wear multiple hats (DevOps, sysadmin, software engineering, performance, tooling, debugging legacy areas, etc.), which can be either a positive or a challenge depending on what you’re looking for. Career progression is less ladder-driven than in larger organizations, so growth tends to come through expanding responsibility and initiative rather than formal titles.

Thank you, It’s great to hear that the ownership and autonomy within the engineering team stod out to you. At OnePageCRM, we aim to keep decision-making close to the people doing the work so good ideas can move quickly. We’re also glad you’ve experienced the collaborative and low-ego culture across teams. Open communication and cross-team collaboration are things we work hard to maintain as we grow. Thank you as well for highlighting the realities of working in a smaller company. Wearing multiple hats and taking initiative can be both challenging and rewarding, and we appreciate people who enjoy that level of ownership. Thanks again for sharing your feedback.

Pros

I've been here for about 10 years, and the main reason I stayed is the people and culture. Very welcoming and open team - people are friendly and easy to work with. High level of seniority across the team. You're surrounded by strong engineers, which makes it a great place to learn. Good opportunities for growth. Junior and mid-level engineers can become senior relatively quickly if they take ownership. Very little corporate bureaucracy or "enterprise" nonsense. Relaxed culture - hoodies over suits. Problems are solved as a team. When things go wrong, it's about fixing the issue, not blaming people. Strong blameless culture, which makes it safe to learn and improve.

Cons

Roles are not always strictly defined, so people often wear multiple hats. This creates good learning opportunities, but it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during busy periods.
