Pros
So customer-service is never a walk in the park. People 99% have a problem that they're already heated about. What makes the difference when working at a company is the resources you have to try and make the customer (or in our case Members) happy. OneShare has invested in SalesForce, has initial and ongoing training, and a pretty good management team who knows what they're doing. That makes the difference.
Cons
Members aren't always aware of what they're a part of, so educating is important and takes patience
