Pros

Snack bar with free soda/water and snacks. Plus alcohol after 4p, if that’s your thing. A lot of the people are quality and there’s a corgi. They will bring lunch to you, but you pay for it.

Cons

Lack of processes and training. There is a preferred clique of people and if you are in it, you are golden. If you are not, you are overly scrutinized and judged. There’s a lack of consistent work and there are no processes in place to help you with your job. The engineer side of the company is overworked and there seems to be no beta testing of software/authoring tool. They are constantly having to fix stuff that doesn’t work. There is an on boarding of clients but they were not required to fill out the information needed by the content team to complete their tasks and when asked why this was management just said “that’s the way we do things” and “they just don’t do it.” There is no way to blaze your own path or having thoughts outside of the normal run-of-the-mill thinking. Management lacks experience leading and it shows. There has been a mass exodus from here but they are hiring. Most stay barely a year.

Pros

I made some great friends at OneSpace, and some of the perks are nice...

Cons

The perks mentioned above are not really "perks." OneSpace is trying to justify not paying their employees fairly, not giving cost of living raises, and not offering basic compensation like 401k matching by saying that a stocked kitchen and bar are part of your compensation. Perks are not compensation. I can't pay my bills with a bar I rarely use or the parties that are a waste of money. The company has a solid idea but has no clear direction and no real leadership. They just keep saying "well, let's try this" without fully following through on previous attempts. The companies under the Juggle umbrella have never been profitable (in over 10 years) and are losing the faith of their clients and employees very quickly. There is a group of untouchable employees who are "golden children" and many of the VPs are best friends with the CEO and COO. This kind of incestuous relationship is toxic to a company and extremely unprofessional. There are no opportunities for advancement or higher pay, no matter how much they say otherwise, and promises are almost never kept. You are expected to work well over 40-hours with zero ROI. They require weekend work, they offer zero work/life balance, and they do not pay you or promote you for you dedication.
