Pros

Work from home, friendly co-workers, direct deposit = payment on time. The training materials were more then enough to begin the job, I have seen complaints about not enough training.

Cons

Management has been hit or miss, my first supervisor was great during training. My current supervisor doesn't manage his side of things, my hours have been incorrect, there have been numerous technical issues for the beginning of employment (providing log in materials) and I have even had my days schedule changed half way through a shift!

The position was remote and the hours allowed me to work at night

Cons

Very little room for professional development as well as salary increases.
