      Hardly to list the pros..

      Cons

      People are afraiding to take responsibility. Company is being led by a person who knows nothing regarding the technical part and always make decision which always make no sense. I dont recommend people who are motivated to stay here.

      1. Willing to hire new graduates 2. Could overview the biotech industry (but not deep) 3. Friendly environment

      Cons

      1. Work overload. 2. There are no boundaries around work. 3. People regularly experience physical symptoms of work stress. 4. There is no support for employee growth.

      Botanic Drug development One project is NDA in Taiwan, and one is in clincial trial I.
