Micro management by the CEO. Less focusing on the structure of the main team. No bonus every year, they will say company not achieve target, but keep hiring new Director every month. Probably want to form Directors Operation Centre. Management have no firm direction. The company will bypass your agreement by adding new nonsense policy that benefits them. Force you to signed backdated documents to make it look legitimate.
