Pros

- people! There are only sympathetic and nice, professional and smart coworkers. It's first and foremost the people, that create this amazing work environment - product! A Start-up that already completed important milestones and now has a smooth product (with a great value) and a considerable user base. This is the perfect setup fur working on further growth and there is still a huge potential for futher growth. So you are not working on things with little but rather huge impact, what is very satisfying. - Wellbeing! It's not a start-up, that presses the most out of their employees while not respecting their personal health (like a lot other companies out there are doing, unfortunately). Wellbeing is a topic and people get lots of smaller and bigger benefits to make work as comfortable as possible.

Cons

- nothing, that can't be changed or that Onfy isn't already working on. Personally I would enjoy to have less chaos when it comes to product ideation and decisions, but even that's ok at Onfy – especially considering their age and size. And they are working on it!

Pros

There is no Pro's. Pro's were only in the start of this startup and maybe it was an illusion of a new job.

Cons

Toxicity and depression in the air. CEO likes to change directions every month, expects you to do work in the enormous speeds and likes to fire employees if she is not happy with them. No plan in the company, no team-spirit, office is a claustrophobic room near the worst park of Berlin which is Gorlitzer. Be aware and stay away from this company, only salary is good here, but you will get poor mental health after working here. The team is demotivated by the actions of upper management, upper management always micromanages every move you take, every work you say on the meetings. If CEO doesn't like your behaviour or your answer during some meeting she will set you a personal meeting without any subject and will put a load of blame on your head, saying you are the worst employee. It's the management style of Onfy, I'm glad I don't work there anymore!
