The work environment at Ocwen is the best. Team members are also nice and friendly. Departments at Ocwen are also good.

Less opportunities to grow in the Organization Upper management hampers the growth of tenured people Very biasness Team leaders and assistant manager pamper only those employees who are in good books of them although their performance is bad / worse such people get advantage rather than who are dedicated, strong performer people Appraisal performance of close people is always better than who are really work hard or smart. May be a one kind of trick so that senior people cannot apply in different departments within organization for a year or else leave the Organization in frustration after performance appraisal. No one cares of your hard / smart work once you are tenured more than 5 years Will always give evasive answers to your questions why so as they don't have any valid answers for that and it should be stopped. At one side, as per company values employees are assets till you are novice, once you become tenured especially more than 5 years employees become trash for the company.
