Pros
internally the team is really nice, it is respectful
Cons
Company owns Inglewood and forces their staff to pay for their meals when they're taking a break and their shift goes over 2 meal times? 50% off food and beverage is not cutting it, especially when their margins can comp the next-to-nothing cost of meals. Put on part time contract because that's all they offer, doing casual work, seemingly to cut cost of wage. Stipulation in contract that if a half hour break cannot be taken, 15 minutes is enough (legally that's not true and they owe you overtime pay, so it feels written as through to take advantage of young workers unaware of this policy). Walking through the kitchen next to open flames on a slippery floor in a path narrow enough it only fits one individual, OHS risk expected of you because that's where the cool room is. So cluttered and disorganised because there's no space allocation.
