Cons
No real leadership from the company ,a revolving door of employees, a nepotistic place where if you are not friends with higher ups , you have no say. If real problems arise they tend to look for scapegoat, usually a new employee or an older one. No help from leads, poor communication ,outdated equipment , no help on shift with phones ,requests, questions ...favoritism, retaliation for standing up for yourself, ,constant berating of doctors and employees, generally the high school drama again ,minimal praise given to workhorse employees ,poor employees who are given a free pass because of nepotism, constant lying from management regarding promotions , raises, equipment ,etc.... no real backup for taking vacations, vacation can be denied....its sad to see a company that takes care of patients can't take care of it's employees
