      Pros

      So long as you do not get on the wrong side of the wrong people it's a very stable job & most people are friendly, hard-working, solution-focused individuals.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is very withdrawn from day-to-day operations. Although the slogan is people-powered automation to the outside world people working at the company are treated more like disposable parts than irreplaceable assets. This combination fosters a negative culture that seeps into employee morale.

      Onspring is growing quickly and has a very solid group of leaders that provide a very transparent, and inclusive culture.

      With growth comes some growing pains that sometimes aren't realized until they happen.
