A decent stepping stone for those fresh out of school looking to build initial experience. The half-day Fridays are a nice perk.

Management lacks consistency and direction. Compensation is below industry standards, and there’s a notably high turnover rate. The workplace culture shows clear signs of unequal treatment (particularly toward women) which contributes to an overall lack of morale and trust.

Good environmental. Fridays were the best days. I liked the experience overall.

Payment was not fair at all
