Pros
Great environment to work in with very relaxing environment. The salary is great for the amount of work excepted from the employee, however the employees get paid for the risk they take by working in a nuclear sector. Learning CANDU reactor and seeing the parts and design is truly exceptional and the experience I attained from my position is unforgettable.
Cons
Management is a different story, nepotism at it's best. One department head gets another department head to hire his nephew and so on to go around the "nepotism". Rules are made by Management to their convenience. Their is buddy system among them all. Very toxic environment if you are not in their "boy's/girl's club"
