The company treats its employees super well and provides amazing internship programs. While working there I got to do a lot of different things which was exactly what I was looking for. Every single one of my co-workers treated me with kindness and made me feel extremely welcome.
Cons
I have no cons for this company. They have a great group of people working for them and I wouldnt change anything.

Everything. Don’t work in that machine shop. New manager that has never managed before. Guy will lie to your face and throw you under the bus to make himself look good. He’s been working on a do as I say not as I do environment. No CNC machines. All manual. Primitive tooling. Head engineer will downgrade your skills and experience. His father was even worse. Find another shop as this one is close to closing. Bonuses were discontinued and health insurance doubled.
