It's customer support style. You can manage your time slot to work with/for your customer, then you can have a bit of free time if you are familiar with what your customer needs.
Cons
if you do not have much knowledge of what your customer needs and you will face a lot of trouble. Your manager also doesn't know what customers need. So you're gonna help yourself, You need to discipline yourself to find what customers need and train yourself. The company's training is totally a trash.
