      You can work from anywhere in the world and have colleagues from different cultures, so the learning level is quite global and at the same way fast.

      Cons

      There isn't to much growth opportunity, and the career path isn't clear at all.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
