The CEO and upper management seemed more interested in taking advantage of their employees rather than helping them succeed. Their dishonest practices and disregard for our well-being were shocking. Instead of being supported to do better and try new things, I felt like I was just a small part of a company focused solely on making money. The CEO's leadership style was terrible, as they lacked empathy and didn't understand the needs of the hospital's employees, who were crucial to its success.
