      Co- workers are great and support. I really just have to see clients. They do the rest. Happy with the pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes it’s hard to get my notes done but that would be true in any clinical setting.

      Pros

      OAW gives therapists the tools they need to be successful. Lynn, Mary, Susan, Jessica & Terra are all great to work for and with!

      It’s hard to get to know all of the therapists because it’s an independent job

      Flexible schedule. Supportive coworker. Easy commute

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Very untrained counselors. Owners target employees. Lied about how much I would make. Building falling apart. Very unprofessional esthetics. Ressigned and no word from owners for 4 weeks. Gender affirming care based on their own agenda. Turn over rate is staggering; they're always hiring. They hire anyone.
