No Proper salary credit No Induction for New Employees to disclose company payout date, Company work structure Due to Poor Management, the talented minds working there are not getting the recognition they deserve The managing director and the Head of Operations follows an improper work structure which cost employess' time, effort and resources No HR policies, in the name of flexibility the company favours the term flexibility that benefits them. No Work-Life Balance, all employees works even on weekends. Posted fake comments on Glassdoor. NOTE: there was only one negative review here when I saw Glassdoor reviews for this company which turned out to be 100% true in the time I spend working at Open Designs.
