Pros

Its a good organisation for beginners and interns. Its a good organization for those into security. There are good amount of parties and outings.

Cons

1. Company asks you to sign a bond when you accept offer letter, and sign a bond of one year once you join. 2. More than 8 people in interview panel but still not clear what they are hiring for. 3. Company has exam culture when you join and if you don't pass then you have to resign. But you cannot resign as you have signed a bond. 4. In my case I was not even given the promised training of 400 hours and was asked to resign in a couple of months befor i could appear for exam. This impacted my family and career drastically for about half an year. 5. Company has no parking space for itself. 6. Not a good organisation for experienced professionals. Think twice before joining them. 7. Before firing there was no ethical exit process in place like PIP or warning letter. I was not given proper reason for end of employment. 8. I was forced to resign and all access were removed within 2 minutes and laptop was locked. 9. I was not allowed to take backup of my appointment letter and payslips.
