Projects are underfunded, understaffed, processes are constantly changing, too much bureaucracy, no regard for the work life balance of employees, individual experiences in the company are too heavily dependent on who your immediate manager is.

Working level are good at knowing their scope and quick in responding to situations and simulation of multiple solutions and scenarios

Management meetings are often digressed from the main agenda, resulting in overrun. Often afraid to make decisions for the fear of accountability.
