Pros
I get to work with some of the smartest and most talented people I've met. We have great benefits, and a fun culture. I also enjoy solving real world problems and getting see the impact my work has directly on customers.
Cons
Most of the engineering managers are first time managers, so its currently a bit unstructured in terms of a longer term career ladder. A VP of engineering is joining next month so I think that will bring better structure to the organization.
