Company values: "start and end with the customer" resonates with me a lot! High impact: there is potential to disrupt a severely antiquated industry and make one of the most stressful transactions a lot easier. Fast-paced and lots of ownership, sometimes by necessity as the company is still relatively small with a lot that it is trying to do Fiscal responsibility: The company is focused on the long-term and building a sustainable business instead of chasing small short-term wins. Also, random coffee dates: an automated bot pairs you up with an random employee in the company each week (if you opt in). Great way to meet others in the company!
Cons
Learning on the job here is a little tougher because there is so much to do. Roadmap seems to shift very significantly every quarter.
