Pay is good. It's a fantastic place if you like travel and the projects can be interesting. Services and Sales teams work very well together. There is a real drive to achieve.
Cons
There is too much irrelevant change and it becomes a distraction for all, causing loss of focus. The Management team too static, company has outgrown some..
